Schipke embarked on her professional journey in 2009 at a Fortune 200 CPG Company, where she held various pivotal roles across sales, distribution, and management spheres. It was during her tenure here that Schipke developed a keen interest in market data, analytics, and the critical importance of strategic business planning and forecasting. These insights became the catalyst for her entrepreneurial venture with Tassl. Following the completion of her MBA, Melissa made the bold decision to transition from her corporate career, driven by her deep affection for her alma mater and fueled by her passion for analytics, ultimately founding Tassl in 2014. Melissa’s undergraduate academic journey began at Penn State, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business, coupled with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising.
